面试. 它到底是什么?? 面试的核心是一个潜在雇主与你见面的机会, talk with you face-to-face, try and “get to know you”, 希望能了解到你是否适合他们的公司. In many ways it’s like a first date; only they’re trying to determine after one date if you’re “marriage material”. 雇主可以尽可能多地与人约会,以找到“那个人”。.

7 Strategies for Giving a Great Interview:

First and foremost, being prepared means doing your homework. Research the company you’re interviewing with.
